Found this link from a clublexus member on another site Posted 1/12/25 by ultralux22 and found it confounding but helpful in getting a grip on "ordering" from Lexus. Struggled to find the place to post and landed on this thread. May be old-hat to some but never reached me.

Would have saved me much misunderstanding if I had this information when I waltzed into my dealer checkbook in-hand to place "special order".
