After 7-8 months, I'm now apparently only a few days away from taking delivery of my new LC500! Nori Green over Caramel coupe, with essentially all the options boxes ticked (not bespoke, didn't see the point...)

Yeay! And no mention of tariff pricing adjustments, thankfully...!

My first Lexus, after a long line of mostly BMWs and Alpinas (with the occasional Lotus, Porsche, Range Rover, VW and even Genesis thrown in).

Thanks all! I have some past form with green cars (and purple ones)… almost exactly 20 years ago I took delivery of a very special Alpina in Malachite Green over caramel leather!

I will certainly post pics, once I have the beast in hand…

Went for the optional wheels - they just looked more interesting and I think they look particularly great against the green paint.

 

A friend of mine has this '20 Inspiration Edition in Nori Green, beautiful color. Congrats! I think the main reason I went with bespoke on my '24 was to get the wheels I wanted.

 

Is the 2020 Inspiration the one with the lovely Chocolate and Caramel two-tone interior, or was that just in the UK special edition?

 

That unique interior is exclusive to the '20 Insp Series. It has the black leather trim which mitigates window reflections...very nice.

 

Now you see if they offered things like THAT in the Bespoke cars, that I might have done… it is a shame that they don’t do a proper bespoke option on these cars, given they’re effectively all built to order (whether the buyer’s or the dealer’s). #spoiledbyAlpina

 

1 Overall brilliant car.
2 Consistently good exterior color choices.
3 Too limited with regard for interior color options/ schemes.
4 Yes I understand, Lexus does it their way.
