Has anyone had condensation inside their Rear Backup Camera? Sometimes, I get condensation which the blocks the rear view camera.

Also, recently and sporadically, air does not come through the top vents even on high and in manual mode. I can hear the fan running and when I switch to bilevel, bottom and defrost vents, I can feel the air through the bottom vents and windshield vents but not the top vents. Then after I drive for a while park and stop the car and then restart the car, air will then come through the top vents?

Thank You in Advance

Not sure what is behind the 2 screws on the back, but I'm pretty sure that lens is sealed.

Around $250 used on eBay

I would go for this aftermarket option. https://www.ebay.com/itm/22355599960...1&gad_source=1

Condensation should typically disappear within few hours. If not, then there is an issue with the seals used in the lens/camera housing. If the car is still under warranty then I would get it replaced by dealer at no charge.

Contacted my Lexus Dealer. There is a Lexus Service Bulletin in regards to the HVAC and the Servo Motors not working preventing airflow. Gonna have them do the diagnostics and also replace the rear camera which should be under warranty.

Update: Lexus fixed my HVAC unit following the LSB Notice. They just needed to regrease and reset the servos. That was covered under warranty. The Camera was not covered under warranty as its has been over 5 years. However because I reported the condensation last year two months after the 5 year warranty ended and my car is a low mileage, Lexus covered half the labor and covered the part. If more people have this issue with the Camera maybe an LSB can come out.

Good morning.
I am writing to you from Uruguay with the only Lc500 available.
The same condensation of humidity is generated in my camera. I have removed the humidity with a hair dryer, but the humidity returns later. I think the only solution will be to change the camera. Regards
