Hot air from vents
There is hot air coming out of my vents even if I have my fans off. I don't use the AC much because Cali weather is just perfect, but the hot air coming out of the vents on a nice day is annoying. Even on a nice 65F day with the fans on and temp setting at the lowest, the air coming out is still warm.
I suppose this is air from the engine but shouldn't the vents be completely closed if the fans are off? Just wondering if this is common.

Just curious, but does closing the vents manually make any difference? I haven't tried it yet, but I do experience small amounts of air coming out even when the fan is off so I always assumed that was normal.

I don't mind some air as long as it isn't hot air from the engine.
I usually turn the fan on to level 1 or 2 to get some fresh air inside, but still get hot air on a cool day.
So this is common as you guys have experienced it also.
