Default Active wing issue

Rear wing is stuck in down position. Manual button is not working. Green light is showing but wing is not going up. Car has 20000 miles. Any suggestions or similar cases ?
thanks

are you pressing and holding the button?

also, gauge settings can disable wing control so maybe that's turned off?

Definitely check the wing/spoiler setting in the drivers side gauge menu. If you have that off, the button on the center console won't matter. If that doesn't work, then bring it to the dealer.

I don't know if the fuse box configuration is the same on the hybrid LC. Check this in the trunk fuse box.

Did not have a chance yet to look at the fuse. Yes when going over 55mph nothing happens. It is stuck in down position’.

and you checked the settings in the drivers dash screen to ensure that it's active?

I'm having the same issue, I bought my LC last thursday but I knew of the issue and they discounted $5k from the price. What I found was that a screw broke off of the drive gear (part 6326524010), thus causing stress to the motor so much that now it cannot popup the wing. I'm am getting a new spoiler motor tomorrow.

Hey, do you know if the screw looked like the one I found in this thread?

Took some additional pictures.

Thanks, looks like I will be going in to take a look then. It doesn't look like this screw is broken. Any input on the length being the same?

Edit: Never mind, I am still under warranty and I already brought up the screw when I was at the dealer for my door handle replacement. Appointment set for tomorrow.

Yes the length is the same, the problem is that the screw thread is too fine for the application.

This is insane. Drove back from vacations and have done 2500 miles. It was impossible to have the active wing to raise for these last two weeks. This morning I go to Lexus to take an appointment. Then I go clean the car. I notice the green light is not on anymore. I give it a try and push the button and it finally raise !! No idea what happened. Will test it in the next days to make sure it continues to operate. In the meantime I left the wing in the UP position 😉
