Thumbs up LC Bespoke Build Certificate of Authenticity

I finally have the certificate.

It took less than 4 weeks from date of purchase. It was sent to the dealership and not directly to me. The signature and stamp of the Chief Engineer is a nice touch.

I just got mine last week. It was also sent to the dealership. I waited over 2 months for mine. I can't believe how fragile the piece of paper is ... but that's because it's written on original Japanese rice paper of something.

Just got mine about 8weeks after purchased.
The paper is thin and kind of silly but it completes the Bespoke purchase.

Journey complete. Just picked up my cert. It arrived at the dealership about a week after I took delivery. But do note that my car arrived at the dealership about one month slower than those who ordered in the US, and I also delayed delivery by an additional 10 days after that to ensure PPF was done right. While I appreciate our Canadian certificate having the extra signature, ours does look a lot busier with all the French on it. It looks like I got 2x the options of our US friends .

Anybody else wait 3+ months for their certificate? I still don't have mine and took delivery on Aug. 6. Called Lexus Brand Engagement Center and they said only the dealership can help. The dealership doesn't know ****.

My understanding of the process is:
-Factory gets signatures for a whole month all at once (so some peoples could take 4 weeks longer than others)
-Factory (or Lexus Japan) mails directly to dealership
-Dealership that has never done a bespoke may not know to expect it, and when it arrives it may not arrive in the correct hands.
-Dealership calls you to come pick it up.

I wouldn't worry too much yet, but I'd say it's on the dealership to check if it arrived and/or follow up, as you were advised to. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

I just want it because it belongs to the car and is part of the purchase. I'm going to put it in a 24x36 frame with some professional photos I had taken and hang it in the garage, so I'd like to finish that project lol.

Understood. It completes the Bespoke build that we paid for.
Just be very gentle when you handle that rice(?) paper. It literally can tear if you breathe too hard on it.
Keep a tab on the dealer. It put mine 8 weeks and a couple of calls every other week.
