Default Leftover 2023 LC500 convertible pricing

I am looking to purchase a leftover 2023 LC500 convertible w/touring pkg. There are several in my area all listed for MSRP. Obviously they won’t sell for that much considering there are updated 2024 models sitting right beside them. My question is what kind of pricing are people getting on the leftover models? Would it be unreasonable to expect to see a price in the mid to high $90k region? I know Lexus is usually tight with discounts, but with leftover 2023’s and a refreshed 2024 already on the lots, I figure most dealers would be ready to sell.

One of my local dealers has a leftover ‘23, Cloudburst Gray, convt. MSRP about $116k and he asked me if I was interested at $95k. So assume they’ll go even lower. Right next to it sits a ‘24.

24 has the new infotainment system I think, 23 has 1 year less warranty and its valued as a 23 even though its new.

^^^^Warranty is not based on model year, it is based on date sold for time and mileage on the vehicle:

The Basic Warranty is for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Wheel alignment and balancing are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles,* whichever comes first. Always refer to the warranty of your own vehicle for the most accurate information.

I’m in SoCal, San Diego County. The noted store is Lexus of Temecula Valley, Temecula, Ca. Contact there is Jonathan or Ryan.

I would expect maybe 10% discount best case scenario although if a dealer is aggressive or desperate you might get better then that.

My advice if you're willing to wait: buy a leftover 2024 in December rather than a leftover 2023 now. The infotainment upgrade is substantial. The new Lane Tracing Assist functionality on the 2024's is a big upgrade from Lane Keeping Assist on the 2023's.

The interior looks better on the 2023, it's what the designers intended. But the best version of this car -- I've owned both pre-'24 and '24 -- is a '24+.

You can get a new 24' model for $108k (instead of MSRP $116k). Lexus Reno. They say they are not selling well right now (it's snowing today...).

That sounds about right.
My 23 was 8k off MSRP when purchased last May in KY.

I don't like the '24s, but still can't find a '23 coupe touring. I'd buy it for that discount ($21K) in a hurry. Ha ha. I gave up on a new '23 LC, but guess will check AutoTrader one more time. And maybe threads like this too. Otherwise I'll have to be a pristine used one at some point.

theboss252: Yes, the snow is beautiful. Plus ~8 months in the year with pristine mountain roads to play around with in gorgeous (e.g. temperate) open top weather. .
I did get stuck in the snow though once with the LC. Had to use the floor mat as a traction device to get out of a pickle.
