M12 1.25, look at previous post, thats the size.

sickpuppy, our oil filters do not help trap the occasional metal fall out that happens in between changes?

Even if it doesn't trap occasional metal fall out, they are handy due to the fact that they tend to stick to the oil pan right after removal.
I have a tendency to drop mine into the bottom of the oil receptacle.
Also, they nearly always have a bunch of very fine, particulate that I can clean off, which is satisfying for some reason probably associated with OCD.
