Fascinating, especially the wall of past parts, but more the overall Lexus purpose. David was obviously concerned about intruding when he went upstairs and passed an unreadable sign-on-pedestal on a lower step. Often a notice of restriction or caution. With restrictions on his filming like the bar seemed more like a private club vibe, yet open to walk-ins.

I'm sure a big chunk of the costs become deductible business expenses if they make enough content on it.

 

hes not popular enough to make any real money off his channel. his schtick of using that little panel gap measuring tool is pretty lame and his personality is a bit... uhhhh..... what personality. monotone and boring.

Once you figure out some (most) of them are only in it for "like & subscribe, clicks etc" it gets old real quick, haven't bothered watching any more of his vids after he dumped the last LC for some pretty lame reasons, Nek Minit he has another one.....
