i came across this thread... had no idea it took THAT long to reach the market.

haha, there was only 1 lf-lc from 2011/2012. if you look at the channel behind that video you'll see it's all just clickbait for "2024" versions of this and that which have been out for years/decades.
Look at this pic, it looks like the 2024 "ipad stuck on the dash" idea is actually more true to the original concept than the prior year LC500 integrated displays lol

LOL I think you’re right! I think I also see the fancy chrome clock down below which proves you can have your cake and eat it too - we should all petition Lexus to bring back the little clock! I don’t see the CD player however I do see what looks like a glow in the dark trac-pad? And what’s with the pedals - looks like they were designed for the super tall and skinny Na’vi people from Avatar

BMW has been using those style pedals and I'm not a fan; hated them on my E36 M3 because it forced you to place your whole foot flat on the pedal instead of just using your toes.
