SCANLON LEXUS OF FT MYERS
Do I see a blue Full Alcantara center console arm rest?!
If so, IMO, a big, big mistake.
Your sweaty, skin oiled arm grinding into that Alcantara for hours on end?
You're gonna spend A LOT of time keeping That clean and the nap brushed up.
You might as well order the Sonax and upholstery bushes before you even get it home.

Seems Scanlon Lexus are getting a COUPE in the next few days....(ETA 02-07 to 02-20)

So far, it looks like the ones that are marked up are not pre-sold: The one in Longo Lexus California and the one in Maine (both are sold as of this post)
The one at Ft Myers Scanlon Lexus showed MSRP but was pre-sold.
The excel sheet missed one LC500 IS coupe that I was accidentally found on CarGurus. It was in Plano Texas. Also listed at MSRP. When I called it was also pre-sold.
So, so far I'm aware of 4 models already that have been sold in the US. Three of those showed up on the excel sheet. We're probably nowhere near the 30 mark yet but the excel sheet won't be 100% accurate. I expect roughly half of the remaining 26 to be pre-sold unfortunately.
Sadly for those pre-sold ones, it seems that the buyers have old established relationships with the dealerships and are notified of the cars before they even show up on the excel sheet. It's an uphill battle. At this point I'm almost ready to throw in the towel and go bespoke 2024... or wait for bespoke 2025 and hope that it at least has that dark blue interior option.
Yep.

All dealers have software that automatically lists a vehicle in transit with the MSRP. The actual selling price maybe more or less than that (Depending on ADM)
Spot on with the evaluation. All the pre-sold units were exclusively presented to customers with pre-existing relationships with Lexus. This trend has been prevalent, particularly since the onset of COVID, owing to limited supply and extended wait times. The only exceptions were the two coupes listed at Longo Lexus and Berlin City Lexus, both of which had markups. This suggests that any COUPES that are not allocated to existing customers are likely to be listed with additional dealer markup for anyone to purchase.
Yeah the odds of getting one of the 30 coupes for the US, is going to be like a needle in a haystack. Seems we would probably have have better luck aftermarket.
I believe it is by sales and volume and a few other factors. Since only 115 Inspiration series for the US and approx 250+ dealers, some dealers wont even get one.

Does your prior history with Lexus make you a real customer? Just curious how many cars I'd have to buy before being allowed to order one.
"Real" customer simply means they copied your drivers license and this was not just the dealer ordering the car.
I reached out to them. The manager then contacted the lexus regional rep to determine what the process was. Lexus needed a copy of my drivers license to start the order and the dealer needed a small refundable deposit. I was kept in the loop the entire time and cc'd on all emails. The dealer really went above and beyond.
