Default Blitz Air Intake - CEL?

Anybody here have the Blitz Air Intake? I came across Anchafs post, but not sure how active he's on here anymore. Just curious if this kit triggers a Check Engine Light?

I just installed my blitz intake a few days ago and have not had a check engine light pop up yet. If you buy one, get it from blackhawkjapan. Got mine for 2300 shipped, 1.5 month wait time. The US resellers are trying to charge 3800 for whatever reason.

What does this even do? How does it affect performance?

I personally bought it for its looks. I did want to make sure I would not lose power if the intake didnt breath as well as oem. I logged the maf sensor readings of both intakes. Same stretch of road, similar ambient temps (around 5 degrees hotter when testing the blitz intake), multiple runs going North and multiple runs heading South. After comparing peak numbers the blitz with afe cone filter did read higher grams per second in both directions, on all runs, on both maf sensors.

Looks good and breathes a little better. It also scoops the air differently and attempts to seal off the filter from sucking in hot engine bay air like the oem intake does when the secondary flap opens. During those runs i logged intake are temps and those reduced by 4 degrees celsius.

example of the fields i log during the runs:

Looks great. Thanks for the heads up. Do you notice any change in overall power? I know you have the maps you posted below, but lol

Hard to say. It does sound slightly different starting at 6200 rpm. Definitely does not feel like i lost power. Its either the same or slightly better feeling. Its also 105+ degrees and humid where i am, so its hard to tell this time of the year.
