I am from Japan and when I ordered the 2024 LC from Lexus, the transmission cooler is standard on S Package and optional for the Standard Package.
As I do not want the rear wheel steering, I pick the Standard Package and pay extra for the transmission cooler.
that extra radiator on the side is the optional extra transmission cooler by adding 92400yen. not unique to the inspiration edition. you can check out the Lexus jp website.
the S package content in Japan and US seems different.
That's not the auxiliary transmission cooler people are talking about

Your image is the standard transmission cooler all LC500's have. The additional auxiliary cooler sits behind that passenger side bumper airflow slit. Look back through the thread and you will see that image and location of the auxiliary cooler. I thought the same thing with mine, however I was wrong as well.
i still can't figure out how one determines if that second radiator is there or not. pictures in the thread not helping me lol.
can you see it with a flashlight looking through the left side airflow slit at the front?

If you have it, you can see it through the airflow slit without a flash light. There will be no doubt if you see one. Its like a little radiator with radiator style coils.
I haven’t found actual pictures of the aux trans radiator.
Member with ‘24 IS convertible could not find it on his. I think this might just be a ‘24 IS coupe thing.
Lexus should make this more clear.
