The Worst Profanities I Can Come Up With go to those worthless POS union workers there. They made government workers looking like total effin pictures of efficiency.
The Most Totally Effed Up "Business" operation I've seen in my ENTIRE life is the port operations at Jax.
TO THIS DAY I still Flip Off and CURSE every single Crowley port truck I see on the highway.
Everyone treated drivers like garbage. Union port workers made this every one else look like Angels.

I haven't gotten around to any pics yet, but the touchscreen is just fine. Responsive, the right size, and looks better in person than pictures.

The 360 camera is also extremely high resolution and one of the better ones I've seen. I operate a Canadian auto magazine so I've literally tried them all. The split screen between 360 and rear/forward depending on what gear you're in is super slick.

I don't miss the trackpad; it was junk in every modern Lexus, and distracting to use. The touchscreen isn't any less distracting but at least works when you want it to, unlike the trackpad. I don't think I prefer one over the other (obviously the old setup was better aesthetically) but it's nowhere near as bad as we thought it would be from initial photos. I'll have the updated features (wireless CarPlay is huge for me, along with the front camera) over the flush design of the old system any day.

 

No indication of a trans cooler, either standard or as an option, on the LC that I can see.

 

As I wait for the arrival of my 2024 convertible, I went by my dealership today, Lexus of Lakeridge, Ajax, Ontario, Canada.

I saw a 2024 LC500 convertible in person for the first time.

It was beautiful to look at, both the exterior and the interior!

It was an ‘art gallery like’, OMG, “awe inspiring” event to view in person rather than via photos.

And the new wheels are reminiscent of the 22” concept vehicle wheels…they’re so suitable for this beauty!

I know I am waxing poetic about the look of this car but it was gorgeous!
It was vehicle eye candy!

I am so excited about receiving my car!

love it when the convertible roof color closely matches that body color.

 

I too like the body colored top. Because if you squint hard enough it almost look like the gorgeous coupe.

luckily I almost never drive it with the top up so it’s not bothering me as much. Top down the vert looks very sexy.
