Default My Lexus App info lost

Anyone else lose their My Lexus app info.?
It was there yesterday and today no vehicle is showing.
When trying to add vehicle, it will scan the vin but will not let me save the info.

Mine is good - just checked.

Another thing to try - Delete the App and reload it, then log in again.

I tried that , didn't work.
I can enter my vin and it pulls my car up but when I try to save I keep getting "incorrect/invalid header values"
It has been working fine until yesterday.
Not sure what is going on.

Call Lexus (not the dealership). Call through the car - they have always been helpful to me.

Just checked and mine is okay. Notify Lexus corporate and see if they can help.

Called Lexus today. They have referred it to tech support, waiting for their response.
Travelling Friday so hopefully they will get it corrected by then.

Call the support phone number in the Lexus App. I did because I had as well issues to register the car.
Turns out the previous owner paid for the Lexus Enform Concierge service and it's under his name. He has to be removed from it (via dealer) for a new owner to register the VIN in the app. The error message in the app is non-existent. It just fails to register. Very poor app design.
The most important piece is crash detection which will then call emergency (from the car) and it's valid for any occupant. Well - it's valid for a few more months paid by the previous owner, so I left it as is.... The rest of the services are pretty meh anyway.

Support got it working.
They had to delete my old account and start over.
Not sure what the problem was.
