This is my dream set up. I forgot where I saved this picture from but really want to find out what wheels and tires setup this person is running, everything just sits right, almost as if its factory. The wheels look similar to some in the wheels thread however there are differences. I'll really appreciate it if anyone can help me pinpoint some specs.
That car has Artisan Spirits Sport Line fender flares and full lip kit and PUR RS07 Wheels. The wheels are custom made so they should be able to build them in any offset you desire.
Forum Sponsor Top End Motorsports sells Artisan Spirits kits in the US, but their website does not currently list the the Sport Line Fender Flares, only the lip kit and Aritisan Spirits GT Widebody (overfender) kit. However, they may be able to source it for you if you reach out to them. Link below.

These look a bit too big for my taste, are they 22’s?
They remind me of a BMW wheel design. I'm facinated as to how large wheel diameters are today. I remember when getting a 17" wheel option was considered huge.
They seem like 21's, artisan wheel flares just accentuate the size. I think that wheel size really matters on different factors (body to wheel well ratio etc.) as well as of course personal opinion. My lotus only has 17 and 18's but they look big on the car where as I've seen C8's that make 20's look a little small.
in the photo gallery and even that pic they don't seem like 22's to me with so much tire sidewall.
I personally believe those look off to me - and I completely agree with you @bitkahuna , I believe it's the sidewall that's too big - kinda has an off-roader look.
