I attached a dash cam mount near the rear view mirror if my SC500, then realized it needed to be a bit higher. It was then that I realized the windshield has some sort of tinted coating that’s a bit fragile. So if you’re going to attach any adhesive-backed accessory to the inside of your windshield, make sure you position it right the first time.

 

It just occurred to me that my LC may have been the beneficiary of an after-market windshield tint job, since my LS doesn’t have this treatment. If so, sorry.
