Why are there two threads on this, within the same sub-forum? I created this thread below to discuss the same subject, 1-2 weeks ago, since no one else brought up the 2024 LC prior to that.
If it makes you feel any better I'm sure many of us on here still recognize the fact that you gave us the scoop first.
Oh definitely Enzo, just was curious as to why the OP didn't reason that ahead of time? People will do what they like of course, for their own reasons...

actually I mentioned we may get early 2024 model midyear 2023 way back in January you even replied to my post..., that was info given to me from official Lexus rep. as I actually ordered the car... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/lc-...l#post11429782
I didn't feel the need then to start a thread to relay this until solid detailed official info on refresh is available.I just posted this here as soon as I saw my email didn't even look closely at the tiny pics showing the new screen but this is official confirmation from lexus with picture of the new build choices. Regardless , nobody ever gets extra credit/points for first starting threads on any topics and nobody should care as long as good solid info got shared among members

Well since you put it that way, I apologize for responding to Carmaker1's previous post and giving him kudos for the thread he made before this current one. I wasn't aware that the people who participate in this forum took posting breaking news so seriously, and I was simply trying to show him some recognition. I will be sure to stay in my lane from now on and stick to the topic at hand.
My wife has a '22 NX and we love the touchscreen. The lack of a touchscreen in the LC was actually the primary reason for my hesitance in making my purchase.
Additionally, I really like having the volume control in its current position and would hate losing it. The beauty of the interior of the car being diminished would be another disappointment for me.
Would I be willing to lose the volume control and the unequaled beauty of the car's interior to get a touchscreen? I'd have to give it some thought but I very well might.
FYI the new Ultrasonic Blue Mica is the same color as on the RC-F / GS-F over the last few years:
I'd have had a '21 Convertible in Structural Blue, but I couldn't do the white interior. So I went with a Nightfall Mica / Caramel '21 convertible instead. Which is a beautiful color up close in perfect light, but too dark the rest of the time.
99.9% chance that I order a '24 LC500 convertible in this ^^^ color to replace the nightfall mica.
