Thanks for sharing Gojirra99!

Utrasonic Blue Mica is going to look amazing on the LC 500!

The larger screens, touch screen, and 360 camera sounds amazing. It is disappointing that the screen looks tacked on. One the nicer details on the interior of the LC was that the screen was blended into the center console and not tacked on like many other cars. Also, I really liked the analog clock and it does not look like the refresh center console incorporates that design element. Overall, welcomed upgrades for those who wanted them.

The biggest issue for me is that the CD player is gone!

Another huge con with the new infotainment is they seemed to have removed the hifi-styled volume **** and track skip buttons on the center tunnel which is hands down probably the best volume/track skip interface in the entire automotive industry. I can't really tell what has taken it's place though...any guesses?

it could Canadian market. But maybe US market be different allocation system for LC and they will still build 23MY. Let’s see if Lexus will accept my order.

not sure if that's the case, but my understanding is they will stop building any 2023LC VERY soon, the 2024 will be an early 2024 model that comes out mid year in early summer, and will probably start production in late spring.I was told my bespoke slot will be in June, and the regular 2024s will start to be built earlier.

At least they should have made ALL the carpet areas blue

Anyone who’s thinking of the 24 model year plz go try the infotainment on the new RX and NX first. It’s pretty bad in my opinion.

I'm not sure the updated touchscreen with the 360 camera is worth losing the current screen that's integrated into the dashboard. It doesn't seem like Lexus made any cosmetic changes to the exterior or the interior either, except for some color changes. If you're in the market for a used LC this update should hopefully lower the prices a bit.

.....Whatever happened to the Lexus Focus Groups…..Lexus used to solicited customer input regarding potential changes and modifications planned and unplanned. They had me convinced that they wanted to hear our opinions…..Hell, the best thing they could have done was to monitor this forum.....

So the screen is larger but it does not appear to be running the new Lexus Interface. It still appears to be the same UI that is currently available, but on a larger screen.

hopefully that’s the case. I have my doubts though as they are pushing that new UI on everything. It wouldn’t make sense to put the old UI on this new slab as a lot of it requires reprogramming to make it compatible with the a touch interface. Like they would need a menu button.

Although I guess the current gen ES also has the old UI and it’s compatible with touch.

Why are there two threads on this, within the same sub-forum? I created this thread below to discuss the same subject, 1-2 weeks ago, since no one else brought up the 2024 LC prior to that.
