Just wondering if anyone has any problems with there screen. currently my Is350 screen isnt' responding to my touch even under "audio" or "climate" no response from touch. went to dealer charging me 2300 for a brand new one.. any help would be nice or cheaper way of replacing it would be also nice.

What kind of car is it a ML350, GS350 or a IS350?

 

lol happen to mine also thank god i was under 48k warranty.

 

Her name says GS350!!

 

And her post says IS, I'd rather make sure the correct parts are ordered the first time...

 

occasionally ebay has the nav unit for a reasonable price...

 

yeah i had the same problem at 55k on my is250.. i tried messing around with removing the battery terminals, then disconnecting the unit wires, but nothing worked. so i took it to the dealer and they fixed it, even though it was after the 48k coverage.. i heard there is some type of extended guarantee

 

I had the same issue as well at like 40k miles. They had to replace the nav unit. Luckily I was still under warranty.

 

This sucks for anyone out of warranty... I better get that warranty extended.

 

i have a gs350 and is350 the is350 ML is having issues thanks for the responses.. i have 80k on my car.... ill search ebay for the nav unit that was discussed..
