is that really a tom's sc......if so wow....just wow you lucky fart. doesn't it only work on a jdm ecu?

Nice Nagano plates, but the 02 throws it off. Most japanese plates either have a 500 (under 2.0 L) and 300 (over 2.0L engines). Have no clue what 02 means....maybe ebay?
