2009+ Exterior Modification Explanation
I've been getting PM's about how/what I did to get a 06-08 lipkit to fit onto my 09.
As for the sides and rear NOTHING is required, they fit like a glove and bolt right on.
So as far as I know all ISx50 rears and sides should be interchangeable regardless of the year. As for the front lips they won't fit without serious modification. I did a side by side comparison today of the 06-08 and the 09 headlights with another member on the boards and we could not find a single difference in the shape of our headlights (there are eyelids that are made specifically for the 09+) I can't confirm that they're the same though so it looks like we'll just have to wait for somebody to try.
Many vendors or companies will not have an answer about this if you ask them. Just thought id clear some things up, ill post pictures of my Vertex sides/rear tomorrow after I get a few other things installed.

Correct FACT
The reason why the 2006-2008 GFX Side Skirts & Rear Lip fit onto the 2009 is because none of those body lines have changed..
The Sides bolt right onto the same place.
The Rear will bolt right onto the same place & same way, as it did on the previous year IS's.
The only difference is you lose the small blacked out area on the bottom of the 2009 bumpers.

09-10 Front Lip Difference
Tried searching, but keywords might be hard to hit on for this...
Much like a lot of the 09-10 2IS crew, I would love to be able to get an 06-08 front lip... but it wont fit.
My question is, what all changed on the lower front bumper that makes these lips not fit? (Clearly) there's no work around or trimming/shaving that makes any fit?
I guess my only complaint is the price difference between the generations. Just double checking before i actually get into the market for a front lip.

06-08 Bumper is different than the 09-10 The '11 is even more different! When i firs tried to put my lip on, i had received the one for the 06-08 ISx50s. The shapes are a bit different.
