Lately when I start driving my car and I brake after pulling out of my driveway I hear an odd thump sound right when I press the brake. Like something moves and hits something. This also happens when I accelerate but only right when I'm starting to drive. After I've been driving for a while it seems to go away or I just hear it less. Has anyone had this problem? Time to take it to the dealer?

It's not a problem, as its due to the floating caliper design of our brakes. A number of other vehicles use the same design, and it's most apparent, as you say, when braking, accelerating, or reversing.
