Not for the calipers. The bridge bolt has loctite on it, and the manual tells you to replace this bolt when you do the brakes, but if you choose not to do this you can sub with 242 for street duty or 2422 (high temperature) if you're running track pads and tracking the car. Or you can just torque to spec and run, which is what I have done for years.
