Hey guys, new to this forum, but have been looking for an ISF. I found one at a used car dealer like 5 mins from my house for $30k with clean title, “clean carfax” and 48k miles. I was looking at the bumper and one of the sides seemed to look like it had a bigger gap, but was looking for help with other ISF owners. Car fax says single owner car, and no accidents. The first pic is of the right side of the bumper, the second pic is of the left side of the bumper. The car is a bit dirty, so don’t know if that’ll help. Thank you guys. Right side of bumper Left side
My car (no accident on Carfax) has uneven gaps like that. Bumpers warp, and when removed for whatever reason and installed again, the gaps tend to be more noticeable
I noticed this when I purchased it, and didnt worry about it too much
Looks fine to me, wheels on the wrong sides though.
These cars are lower than others and people sometime snag the bumper and get it tweaked out of place...
Mechanically it was in excellent condition, no sticky dash, no harsh wrinkles on any of the seats. Only the driver side door panel where the door handle to get out is at has a few minor scratches. Would it be a good buy considering how hard they are to find?

If you can get a clean one owner, lower mileage 08-09 for around 28k out the door would be great.
They are getting harder to find and most are bought by younger kids who extend their credit, then can't afford to maintain them.
With that being said, the car is going to have older tech inside - only Bluetooth for calls and slow DVD based Navigation system.
They are also not the fastest any more, but still a rare car non the less.
I think the bumper needs removed for light replacements, and also some of the certified ones get a new coat of paint on the bumper. Bumper was just put back on and not lined up on some of them (mine included).
Unless you take off the bumper and know what you’re doing by the time you put it back on the clips may be bent, seen it lots.
As far as the price, it may be just a tad high but depends on the location etc. The simple fact is that these cars are rare and often there’s not much to choose from around you. If you like the car and it seems to be in good condition then see what kind of deal you can get and grab it before somebody else does.
