That looks like the 2011+ stock gauge cluster?

Edit: I get the 320 now, that's the stock speedo in km/hr, that translates roughly to 198.9 mph, the stock mph speedo goes to 200.

You will have to source one out from either Japan or Canada. Any other country that uses Km/h will also work.

Lou,

I was referring to the physical speedometer, I know the digital one can be switched.

^^^^Are you sure the analog speedo can't be changed. AFAIK, it can. Think about it. Would Lexus allow one speedometer to read one value and the other to read another value But. if they could, it would be great for folks who travel frequently across the border. That way the reading would always be right

You make a good point, I just haven't ran into anyone that has done that.

This gauge cluster is definitely an eye catcher. I have this in my 2012 F from Factory and it seems that only the Digital Speedometer will change and nothing else. I've talked to the dealership before about this and the techs don't seem to know much about it. It would be cool to be able to switch all the numbers around; Odometer, Trip.

FYI Ive tried ordering this cluster new from Lexus 3 times. Its listed as available all over the place so i figured it shouldn't be a problem..

First one was from a Lexus parts wearhouse, had to send in VIN info, milage info and pictures and registration. I had to explain why I wanted an 2012 cluster for my 08.. I jumped through all the hoops and the sale still stalled for over 4 months. OEM Parts website ended up refunding me the money because they didn't feel like Lexus US was ever going to send the merchandise and they didn't wanna be on the hook as middle-men holding my money.

Second, dealership #1 just flat out said no.

Third, Dealership #2 I knew some sales people and they gave me an 'in' to the parts manager. cluster was $300 more than online and the parts manager required me to drop off the car and leave it there until the cluster showed up (could be up to 2-3 weeks). Then I would need to pay them to code the new cluster with the milage (fine) and have them install it for 600+ bucks (not fine, its literally 4 screws) I decided this situation is a no-go and resolved to look for one on the used parts market.

Goodluck.

Good news that it can be swapped.

Can it be programmed if someone had the TechStream ?
