PDF for service manual?
Any idea why we dont have a PDF for the IS-F?
Every other Lexus I've owned I was able to download a PDF for the service manual. I dont really want to pay a monthly subscription for something I can google. But it would be nice to have all the info in one spot.

The forum ToS include not posting copyright materials. We enforce this rule, but I can't say we're 100% consistent about it.
AFA using PMs. What you do on PM stays on PM, and we admins do not have access to read your PMs.
I have a subscription to TIS including Techstream access. It is invaluable to me because I never go to a shop for anything except body work because I suck at painting. The subscription has some major advantages - the material is the most current information Lexus has released. If you download a PDF (or some other file format) from a random Internet site you get what was available the day it was created along with whatever someone might have spliced into it like cryptolockers or cryptocurrency mining apps. Things change over time, and when they do, it's pretty helpful to know you have the right information. The other huge thing you get with TIS is access to ALL the Lexus training. Anything and everything Lexus provides to their dealerships is available for you education through TIS. This can be a real life saver when you're trying to troubleshoot something weird, or if you are contemplating the impact of some modification. Last but not least, you get access to the New Car Features books which detail the differences from year to year and model to model. There is a wealth of information there too especially for those who would like to modify something. You'll at least understand what Lexus was thinking when they designed some particular system before you start cutting, shaping, machining, or rewiring.
If you do all your own service you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't subscribe.
