I noted in very cold weather I had a couple of minor though irritating squeaks. One in the door at eat level and one in the sunroof. A few minutes using my favorite rubber product and all squeaks are gone and car is Lexus quiet once again. Over time, the seals dry some and contract (particularly in the cold) so a good reconditioning yields fantastic results.
Thank you for the advice. Could you elaborate more on where you are using this product on your doors and sunroof? Where are you spraying it?
Directly on the rubber seals.
On the door, there's rubber seals (weather stripping) on the jamb itself and also on the door. Basically, anywhere there's rubber.
On the sunroof there's a smallish rubber seal that runs around the entire edge of the sunroof.
Both areas were sprayed VERY carefully, allowed to penetrate, then lightly wiped.
Hope this helps..
There's another product I've used that I can't always get called Gummi Pflege
This guy shows how he cleans his rubber stripping. I pretty much do it the same...but with a different product. It's pretty simple but yields excellent results.
3M dry silicone is what the US dealers use. Zero long term impact from this. Not necessarily the cheapest at Amazon, but everything you need to know to shop it is there.

Thanks for heads up on dry silicone sray. I hit pot hole that was filled with water it was pretty deep rim, tire, shock are fine. Needed wheel alignment had slightist of pull to right. I have life time unlimited wheel alignment with Firestone been going there yrs same two tech have been doing wheel alignments on my car 7yrs now. They know my car and have all my settings on file. Came in handing when I was tracking my car. I had three track setups one for each track I use to go to Monticello, Limerock and New Jersey Motorsports Park and two street. I have slight squeaking sound coming from the right side of dash by pillar. I can't remove dash right now due my neck and back injuries will try a bit of dry silicone spray see if that helps. If not off to dealership, Ive been dealing with same dealership, Service Mgr and Master tech since 2006. For dealerships they do excellent work. I know all service writers and Mechanics they allow me stay in shop area as long as like. The service manager and Master Tech have become good friends over years we stay in touch and talk on regular basis. The mastertech is only one that works on my car when it's been in for any service, mostly warranty work. I actually bought 6 CL members to have headers installed and other aftermarket work done they warranty everything in writing no issues of voided warranties. I'm very particular on who touches my car other than myself. RIght now can't wrench myself so I'll bring to dealership for anywork that needs to done and done right . Mastertech is big time car guy and more **** than me lol he has no problem tell me if he feels I'm not taking care of car properly loves to bust my ball all in good fun but keeps telling me if I ever want to sell the car to give him first shot Lol. They always take care of me on price of work ad well can't complain.

I have never used the wet. Dry works great for noises of all kinds. The smallest of my worries is sealing out water. No lubricant is necessary if all you want to do it keep water out.
I’m FBO, solid motor mounts, trunk is full gutted, Penske coilovers, poly bushings everywhere, figs arms, etc. If you sat in my car I’m sure you’ll have a heart attack.
