Question Help Removing circuit board from Cluster

Does anyone know how to remove the green circuit board from the cluster unit?

I'm trying to gain access to that red and black wire on the left, but I don't know if the circuit board is glued on or what?

Also do I have to remove any wires from the circuit board itself before pulling it apart?

You pull the needles off?
Ribbon cable passing through is undone, yes?
