A little late to the party, but just got the OBD Fusion app going. I created this dashboard and have markers set for LOW (orange) and HIGH (Red). KCLV was at 20 earlier today and after an ECU reset and a few pulls the KCLV shot up to 23. Need to get out and find some open highways and do some 8th gear pulls to see how far I can get the KCLV up.

Edit: Updated Dashboard after doing a few 6th gear pulls from 2000-3500rpm. The KCLV went up a bit more, but feel it's as high as it's going to get for the moment. Will be changing the oil in the next week or so from some old Mobil 1 to Renewable Lubricants Bio-SynXtra Super High Performance Sustainable Passenger Car Motor Oil 5w30. If that has no affect on the KCLV, I may try adding some E85 to the mix.

Don't need to go that fast or high of gear. 6th-7th gear is fine, just start at 2000rpm or so and go to 3500ish RPM. That's where you will typically get max kclv build up. You will start to see it not increase anymore then you will know it's getting close.

That's great to know! I really don't want to get going too fast and risk a ticket.

My below 3k KCLV is 25.5, but above 3K is only 21-22 because I don’t spend enough time up there to move it. I tried something similar and I needed to let out due to traffic, so I just wasn’t logging enough full throttle pulls above 3k.

Still True!

That's not good. I was stuck in a similar range as you until I Seafoamed my engine (RR recommendation) and my KCLV has been 22-23 ever since. 92 octane here.

I Seafoamed, used fuel injector cleaner, and then just drove around and my numbers went up. The Seafoam can I got came with a little hose to snake in between the intake tube and the throttle body, worked great.
