Default New ISF CAT help

Hey guys I'm a new isf owner and my car came with sikky headers and joez exhaust.

I need to add cats on to the joez exhaust after the headers and then move the o2 sensor behind the cat. If any of you have this setup please send me some pictures. I also want recommendation on good cats to pass emission.

Do you guys know how to tell between the sikky v1 and v2. I'm pretty sure mine is the v1 since the old owner probably have it on a while back.

Also looking at weather tech floor liner and from looking around the site I think the lexus is350 rwd will fit perfectly. Thanks for all your help guys.

Welcome to the community!

With cats, you get what you pay for. The metals used therein are extremely precious, and the more expensive offerings use much more of these metals, thus much more effective and long-lasting.

GESi makes the best I'm aware of, with several folks here using them. No CEL's even after gutting the stock pre-cats. There is a bit more exhaust "smell" when starting, but this is expected since these will be located farther from the engine and heat up more slowly as a result. I've some pictures, but it would probably be easier to search for other threads on this. I know I'd reviewed some pics of other installations before going this route myself. Good luck!

Edit: I think this is the lowest pricing I'd found. The 7530 works best with most 3" aftermarket exhaust. The 7830 may fit as well and provides 27% more flow area, though my install was pretty tight with the 7530: http://www.jegs.com/p/Vibrant-Perfor...70442/10002/-1

Sikky V2 headers are wider using 1 7/8 primaries also the design of V1 (green photo) is completely different on the passenger side (left header, white photo).
As far as cats, Magnaflow or Gesi is the most commonly used. Gesi are better but way more expensive. I believe JoeZ exhaust is 2.5 inches in diameter.

Did you pass the sniffer smog test with this setup?

It will pass sniffer, but there is no smog testing in the county where I live. But I know of a similarly equipped ISF, up in Phoenix, that did pass the sniffer.

I would love to live in your county. BTW thanks for you reply and help. I saw your image on google earlier too.

Now I need to find an exhaust shop around here that can make those nice welds like how you have yours.
