I purchased a pair of Magnaflow High Flow Cats in May and never installed. They are still brand new in the box.
I had planned on putting them on my ISF (w/ Joe Z exhaust) after installing headers but the smell doesn't bother me.
So they are up for sale if anyone is interested.

Do they fit IS250?

I'm not sure but I think OEM diameter is 2.25 inches and this is 2.5 inch diameter.

Aspect

I did a quick measurement of the stock exhaust. The center portion before it splits into two sides is 2.5" which I confirmed when I installed my new resonator but it seems to get smaller to 2.25" for each side for the stock exhaust
