The touch screen on my 2008 ISF has become partially unresponsive. All quadrants works when on navigation page but completely unresponsive on audio or climate control pages. Any one experience this? It feels more of a software issue rather than hardware. My next step is to disconnect battery in hopes that it resets. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

 

When my digitizer died after my airbag recall, Thanks Kuni Lexus!, my nav screen would only scroll to the right no matter where the touch input was. None of the radio or climate inputs worked. Replaced the digitizer for about $40, DIY in couple hours and that fixed it. Probably the ribbon cable connections. Pretty common issue in the ISx it appears.
