Default Bluetooth Connection Fail...

A few months after I bought my F, the touch screen, started going out. I did some research on here & found that it was the Digitizer. Also found the DIY thread, on how to fix or replace it. So i bought the "silver contact" pen. Followed all the steps & it worked! Well that worked for a year or so & it started to go out again. Seeing how pretty inexpensive a new digitizer was on Amazon. I decided to get a new aftermarket one. Had a friend on here, also a long time Lexus tech, source the parts & tell me what to buy. Got the parts, did the job. It works great. Except for 1 thing! Now my phone doesnt connect to the "Hands free" to allow phone calls through the system! I have taken the unit all back apart twice to make sure that everything is connected & has a good connection. But still doesnt work. When i hit MENU, even the telephone icon is gone!? So there isnt even a way to try to resync my phone back to the unit... I then got into the "SYSTEM CHECK MODE" using the headlight switch code.
This is what the system show's.

Now my car doesnt have XM radio & neither does his IS350. But his XM icon says OK. I dont understand! Its like the system lost the Telephone program. Even when i start the car, after a few seconds it pops up on the screen "Bluetooth Connection Failed". So that means its still trying to connect... Has any of yall had this happen to yall? Help please! I can stand getting a call & having to talk with my phone on speaker & I WONT hold the phone & talk!
