Default REAR O2,s replacement

Is there a thread on how to remove the rear O2,s in the ISF there is a thread at the moment in the GS section, I just want to know were the connector is under the carpet and how to get to it and what has to be removed. Not that I have to replace them I just thought it would be good information for everyone cheers.

I can't remember where the thread is currently. But....Pull the carpet from the transmission tunnel the sensor plugs are forward of the a/c duct that runs down to the floor. Center console removal is not required.

Yup, like mentioned above they are under the interior carpet along the transmission tunnel. One thing to note, is that I didn't have a lot of success using the Harbor Freight o2 sensor tool like many have used. I even soaked mine in penetrate and they were still too tight. The long slit thats cut into the side of the socket makes the stupid thing weak, and started to round off my o2. I ended up cutting the damn shields off, in order to use a normal crows foot which was much burlier and spun them right off with a breaker bar.

Just pull down on the carpet where is meets the center console, it will un-tuck and that is how you gain access. the sensor connectors are towards the firewall on the side of the trans tunnel. tape a wire to the old connector, and pull it out through the grommet, then tape the new connector to the wire to pull it in. OEM Denso sensors can be bought on Rockauto.com for half of dealer prices (this is where I got mine)
