First time on a dyno ever.





Here are the results of 3 pulls. Was cool. Owner that is a GM guy through and through told me that the 08 6.2 liter Vettes were in the 330 range for HP on dynos. So what does that tell ya?

 

Your air-fuel ratio dropped down to 11:1 at the peak rpm. You'd be running rich for a turbo car.

 

What mods if any do you have?

 

Ya he said something about that. What does that mean? I am very new to all of this.

 

The previous owner said that Sikky headers were installed and an ISS forged straight exhaust. I am very new to the world of aftermarket cars so a lot of this is very new to me.

 

i am guessing something is wrong as many isf owners have hit close to 400whp with this type of mods or it could just be different dyno results but i am not an expert when it comes down to this things either. but i am just like you just having fun modifying my F and learning more about it each and every day.

 

What gear was it and it looks kinda low?

 

I think they used 6th gear like was mentioned in other posts.
