I installed my dashcam myself in about an hour and have it hooked up to the back of the cigarette lighter so it does not take any outlets. Been thinking of getting a rear mounted camera as well, but not sure what ACC wiring back there I should chain it to.

I bought the G1W ~ 2 years ago for my last car. I just moved the wiring and everything to the F. I hid the wires in the A pillar and used a tap to the fuse box.
