OEM brake pads
If your primary objective is to eliminate brake dust & noise, the Project Mu NS400 is a good pad. You'll lose some of the initial bite & overall stopping power that the OEM pads have, but they're virtually dust free & completely silent. It's not a high performance pad, but completely acceptable for daily street driving IMO. Another pad to check out is the Winmax W1 or W2. Though I've not tried them myself, they supposedly offer OEM equivalent (or better) stopping power with low dust & noise.

As others have mentioned (thanks guys
) the Project Mu NS400 is arguably the best option for an ultra low dusting, high quality street brake pad on the IS-F. We also have Carbotech 1521 available but to be completely honest there have been some very minor fitment issues with a couple sets of the IS-F specific rears and I can't strongly recommend them again until I know for certain those issues have been corrected.
If you need new rotors, upgraded lines and/or fluid with the new pads we have some package deals available. Otherwise we have a discount for CL members on just the pads!

Stoptech street pads are another good, very inexpensive option but are not a great pad for those concerned with dust. Stoptech street produces 300-400% more dust than the Project Mu NS400 or Carbotech 1521

i have the stoptechs in and i can vouch that they are dusty. not much better than the oem. I can't stand the squeal coming from them though.
I don't care so much about dust but i want the stopping power without the noise. recommendations would be lovely

I'll be needing to change my pads soon, I'm almost to the minimum factory spec for the OEM pads
riding it real close. I'll try the super cheap pads ($40 for front and rears combined hahaha) i bought on accident last year first just to see how horrible they are, and then try the StopTech pads. This way I can learn through personal experience the differences before I end up with ferodo's or project Mu's
