nice wheels. I have 18x8 wheels with 225/45 tires also for winter. I find the 225's in the rear don't have enough traction on dry warmer days, I think next time I'm going to go wider

THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS! I don't have an ISF yet, but I was looking at those rims with 225/45R18 Michelin Ice XI3. That looks great. I see you've got the 40mm offset. Now that they're mounted, would you have gone with 35mm option or does the 40mm offset look pretty flush?

Bought some 18x8 +40 to run 225/45/18 all around, but my cheapo Taiwan wheels' centercaps already fell off, LOL!

I would avoid the xice3 - unless the set I had was manufactured wrong it was absolutely horrible in the isf.
It literally had no traction on less than an inch of snow.

before the xice3 I had ws70. I now have WS80 and they are awesome

I have happilattas that are studded on my factory wheels, I went with 235mm all around they are great in snow and ice but I am used to 255/305 michelin PSS/PS2 so the skinny winters feel sketchy on dry pavement.

thanks, i like yours as well. they go really well with the silver isF. 225's in the rear definitely don't have enough traction for sure but for winter it will get the job done lol

Thanks, no problem just trying to help fellow members as much as i can , to be honest i wasn't going for any type of look, i just chose something that was gonna work for my winter set up and well it came out nice or better than i thought it would.

thumbs up for the blizzaks, i had ws60 or 70 on my 2002 is300 and i love them, they do an amazing job in snow/ice conditions. i definitely recommended to anyone.

skinny tires do feel sketchy for sure i would have to agree there. but for snow the narrow the tire the better.

This is the first time i try nokia. I always have wsxx but they wear fast. The nokian were 10% more than the xice3 and ws80
