Default Shaky Headlights when going over bumps....

Have noticed within the last month or so and also been brought to my attention by another ISF owner that when ever I go over any type of undulation/bump in the road that the lights (lowbeams) visibly can be seen vibrating and shaking on whatever they are shining on

Is this a known issue, if so what is the fix for this??

Thx

Same problem. Have you touched your headlights before? I have aftermarket Garax bulbs and they rattle.

Mine does this as well.... I assumed it was from the self leveling?

I have and the whole assembly seems to move, I don't know if it's just the function of the AFS and the motor to move and pivot back and forth

Don't know but it might be a defect in the headlight housing as it seems like I'm not the only one with this issue? It didn't bug me at first but now that it was brought to my attention I can see the lights bounce on street signs and everything else and it bugs the crap out of me now

I had this issue when I replaced my bulbs also, on one side the clip wasn't seated correctly. I reinstalled both sides and it stopped. Could just be that.

You talking about the low beams HID's or the 9005 high beams?

Hmmm, the last time I had shaky headlights, it was the entire assembly. Somehow, under the rubber liner that covers the top of the headlight bracket. It was found broken. Moisture started building up in the headlight. I got Lexus to replace it, but it seems you guys got a different issue.

My pass side HL was shaking. It turned out the side mount was broken. I fixed it with hot staples.

Thx,

I'll have to look into these as possible sources as potential problem areas for the shaky lights.

Mine shake too. I had my headlights replaced because of bubbling issues - shaking is still there. It seems to me like it's the drivers side only.
