Shaky Headlights when going over bumps....
Hmm, seems to be a pretty common issue. When I've seen this issue the lowbeam bulb it was seated properly with the clip, its the entire projector assembly that seems to wiggle around. Movement to the touch, or bump, but always returns to its original resting place. Perhaps its an afs thing, but was under the assumption that they were locked with gears of some sort and the motor wouldn't allow any movement. I had this issue with my is250 and but wouldn't excessively shake over small cracks and tar seals on the road that some may have had issues with.

I know the 2008-2010 models have AFS which will make the headlight shake a little over bumps. The 2011+ years probably won't experience this since their headlights are fixed, no more AFS. Someone backed into my front bumper on the passenger corner awhile back. Body shop got it fixed but noticed bad vibration coming from the passenger headlight when going over bumps. Took it back and they ended up having to order a headlight bracket since mine was broken. Once they did that it's not shaking anymore. Mine will shake a little under really crappy roads but I know with the cars stiff suspension you have to expect that.
