Kind of confused why the old inner front left tire was so badly worn if the alignment specs look okay. Sounds like 0.03 toe isn't anything to worry about.

I've honestly began to hate Firestone and their service lately. Always something negative happening every time I take my vehicles there. And I too got the lifetime laborment on my is300 back in 06 since I lowered it and was having bad alignment issues. I would have to get it aligned every 3 to 4 month to prevent from eating tires. But I did end up getting a camber kit which helped tremendously.
But back to Firestone... With the lifetime alignment, they do a half a$$ed job if you have this service unfortunately. They aren't getting paid for it and could care less about doing it right. Obviously when you first purchase it that first one or 2 times they do it correctly. After that, they shove you to the back of the line, sometime I didn't get printouts, sometimes I'd get excuses as to why they can't do the alignment.... Etc etc etc. I've had them breaking things and hoping I wouldn't see it (they broke the clip that holds the hood prop to the hood). They replaced it after I went back though. Let's see, what else...have had the to call me and say my high beam headlight wasn't working and needs to be replaced and "this oem Lexus bulb is pretty pricey... Will be $32 after labor, takes about 45 min to replace". I politely tell them " no thanks". Get my car back, get home and check the bulb an the bulb is UNPLUGGED!! For anyone that knows the is300 knows it literally takes 10 seconds to replace a light bulb, knows its just a reg 9005 bulb, and knows it is IMPOSSIBLE for the bulb to become unplugged by itself.
But I could keep going and going on the negative trips/experiences...but why did I keep going back?!? Lifetime alignment services :-( LOL. It's trickery to get you back in the store. And these negative experiences were with 4 different Firestones, not just the same one. I'm an extremely patient and forgiving person and I've given up on all Firestones...says alot. Have taken my business elsewhere.
Sorry for the long vent, but felt the need to put this out there.
