What year wheels are we talking about? Technically you can fit the 255/35R19 on any year ISF front wheel, but it really isn't advisable unless it is a 2012+ front wheel.

Agreed^^. 255 on an 8" I would call unsafe. The 2012+ have 8.5" upfront which would be fine.

I have this right now. It works really nicely with 275s in the back. I would have gone with the 245s again, but Michelin doesn't seem to have produced enough to meet demand, so I put my 25% used 255s on the front (2014 wheels) and it works great. Now I just wish I could get 285s for the rear, but there are no PSS in the right size.

No, everybody is saying that 255/35R19 is not recommended for a 2008-2011 8" wide front wheel. The 2012+ front wheel is 8.5" which is within the recommended wheel widths for a 255/35R19 tire. It is also not recommended to put a 285/30R19 on a 9" wheel. Technically both will physically fit and if you don't push your car too hard you probably wouldn't notice the difference, but most tire manufacturers would deem it unwise. There are plenty of members here who have run 285/30R19 on a stock 9" rear ISF wheel, but it is not optimal fitment.

I did the 285 rear on my oem 2010 wheels and the car felt like TRASH. Very wishy washy. I dont think I would try the 255 up front on the oem size wheel even for 2012 and up.
