While you'd probably want to try to even the numbers as best you can with adjusting the subframe etc. realistically if that's not possible the best bet you have is at least trying to even out the numbers that you can work with.
While front camber being out will affect the steering it's the uneven rear toe that i'll be more concerned about. I'm sure they left it because the computer says they are within spec, but if you have a proper feel for the car it'll make a difference. changing the toe in the rear will affect Toe in front, so if you're trying to sort this. I'd start with getting the rear toe matched evenly e.g 0.10 and 0.10 and then see how that affects front toe and adjust that. Once that's done drive the car for 100 miles or so so the tyres get a chance to bed into the new setting and reassess if you want to go further.
Don't forget they could make it worse by getting them to mess with the subframe.
