Default First Ride With Daughter

About to take my daughter for our first ride together. She is 3 weeks old and so far does not mind the noise of the car at idle. Will see how she does during a drive. Wife made sure to dress her in white to match the car.

I took my son for his first ride when he was a couple of months old. He fell asleep and stayed asleep despite the drone of my exhaust. Whew!

She seemed to enjoy it, even with headers and exhaust she never cried once. Looks like I have a true gear head. Will have to teach her to put a good word in for me with mom to let daddy get an RC-F in a few years.

That's great news! My first is due in February and I have been contemplating getting rid of my joe z exhaust. Nice to know she doesn't mind it... Congrats!

@ClassicSC3, I will def double check again with my doctor but doc said the rear facing car seat really protects them and they are fine. I have never heard of any parent not taking their kid in a car for the first few months of their lives.

My dog falls asleep faster and for longer intervals in the F than he did in my smooth, quiet LS400.

My son was 2 days old when he got his first ride in the F to come home from the hospital. In a properly installed modern rear facing car seat, the child could not possibly be safer in any car. He is one year old now, and rides in the F every day always in his car seat. We just turned him forward facing because his legs were folded up like pretzels. He's already 33" tall...

Congrats on the little one, they are a blessing.

Congrats... both of my daughters love riding in the F. My 6 month old always falls asleep to the rumbles of the v8/exhaust.
