Hi Guys!

Does this model have the upgrade LSD?

I just read the first post a little closer, and I'm not sure if OP meant that the car is a model year 2009 or 2010.... looking at the wheels leads me to believe that it's a MY 2010 which WOULD have the true mechanical differential rather than the electronic (brake assisted) differential that's in the 2008 and 2009 model years. Sorry if I confused the situation.

e diff simulates an LSD by using the rear brakes to control the torque to each wheel. Puts extra demand on the brakes, obviously not as good as a real LSD

Based on the wheels and the steering wheel, I would say that it's a MY 2010 which has both the mechanical and e-diff.

For reference, my 2009 car was officially built towards the end of 2008.

Thank you for the answer. The car was built end of the year 2009-12.

It would be on the build sticker inside the driver's side door. Bottom line just before the Made in Japan. Starts with A/TM:

09's did not have LSD. Would have had to have been a manufactured 10 model. Judging on the dash design and wheels it appears to be a 10 model. dash color / button color changed in 10 to black. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Other good ways to tell above as well
