Talking What is this feeling...

that I get when I get into the driver's seat of my F and push that start button...it's pure bliss. How do you guys feel when you push that button...

No other car gives me this much adrenaline for this price range haha, had to put that in there....

i love my 08' F when i bought it new and don't get me wrong the car is nothing like any of my previous cars but its starting to wear off that feeling I used to get. For some reason I keep dreaming of a V10 R8 spyder.

I'll take it even further. Not just starting this beastly V8 but then getting it to open it's second intake is beyond mesmerizing. Even stock form, it's a beauty. And in a world where fake sounding engine noises are being engineered (ala BMW Active Sound- on an M5 of all vehicles!), I will gladly take this V8 over all others out there simply because of its pure visceral impact.

After 6 1/4 years, I still love the sound of the engine and the obsidian black paint is gorgeous. I also like the shape and style of the car. At this point, the car is probably worth mid 30s. There is NO car in the mid 30s new or used that is as good as the IS-F.

Guess it depends what you are looking for, and it's intended purpose.

As so many other car enthusiasts, I've had my share of different cars throughout the years. As much as I might like a particular car when I get it, I usually end up getting bored with it after awhile, and start looking for the next thing. Not so with the ISF. Now granted, I've only had it for 2 years, but when you know, you know. I'm not claiming I'll keep this car forever, but I am well past that point where I generally start browsing the internet for something else. I feel like it is going to take a lot of money for me to get something that truly would make me forget about the ISF... 911 Turbo or something along those lines. The ISF just hits that sweet spot in blend between performance, reliability and luxury. I want all three of those things in a car, and the ISF has them, plus practicality to boot.

It's a hard combo to beat.

It's a good family car... Now that our daughter is older, I'm thinking used Ferrari or new Porsche.

Whenever the feeling fades away, I just drop down few gears and it's there again . Love everything about it, one improvement would be space in the back, but hey, we don't sit there anyway, right?

I am still excited every time I walk up to the car or start her. What really makes me smile is the sound of that second intake and the ISF growl that come with it. After driving an LS460 on 22s for 3 years I am still blown away by the pull this car has. I just wish the damn gas tank was bigger and that stereo had some *****. The stereo in the ISf leaves a lot to be desired compared to what they drop in an LS460 with the ML package.

Tis funny I never listen to the sound system in the F, I'm too busy enjoying the beautiful sound of the engine However, when in my Truck, the radio is always on when I'm alone, and that's a V8 too
