Have you tried any adjustments?
Tein is known for their race products not street.. people tend to get them confused.

I have Tein HAs on my Supra. They were given to me. When they fail, I'll get Moton. After my experience with their rebuild service, I would never spend another dime with them.

TEIN has had my coil over for 4 weeks now. They had to import the piston rod from Japan because my rod had a scratch which caused the seal to tear and they do not stock them in the US. The rebuild is supposed to be completed next week.
I will keep you posted.

Don't hold your breath. Best of luck getting them to deliver in a timely fashion. It wasn't my experience.

I am happy to report that Tein USA has completed the rebuild within their estimated time frame and I will have the Coil Over back on Thursday. The delay on the repair was because the the piston rod had to be imported from Japan. The staff was very helpful and responded to my emails in a timely manner.
