Orange ISF???????????

I just seen an orange F!!!!!!!! Iit was driving on hwy 27 in clermont. I made the u turn but lost it. It has to be plasti dipped.

I don't get that car... it says 2009 but it appears to have the 2010 HDD navi? At least it has the black surrounds? But no blue steering wheel section?
