100% led
So I'm been searching around but I haven't found a clear answer.
I have a 2011 ISF and I want the LEDs to be 100% all the time. How do I make this possible?

An end all solution to this would be invaluable. I spent two entire days researching and ultimately I only got mine to work at 50%.

I have an 08 with 2013 retrofit, I rewired for 100% at all times, and it is damn bright, which I opted for. I rewired on the led PCB.

With the LEDs at 100% all the time, arent you guys worried about the black paint bubbling up?

Nope since that's not what causes it.
